Moguuri Elizabeth Rani is a fashion designer, gold and diamond jewellery artist, entrepreneur, and committed philanthropist driven by a passion not only for creative excellence but also for meaningful social impact. Her professional journey has been shaped by years of experience in creating bespoke clothing and intricately handcrafted fine jewellery. Her commitment to community development and empowerment has led her to be associated with many national and international organizations. In recognition of her services and social impact on society, she has been felicitated with numerous appreciation certificates and awards by Government and Semi-Government organizations.
Having a strong sense of social responsibility, she has dedicated herself to the cause of women’s empowerment and youth development. She is the force behind numerous vocational training initiatives that have opened doors for many individuals, particularly women from economically weaker backgrounds. Her programs include practical skill-based training in areas such as tailoring and fashion designing, boutique management, mehendi application, and beauty parlour services, enabling women to achieve financial independence and self-respect. Under her visionary leadership and persistent efforts, numerous beneficiaries have been trained, empowered, and transformed, stepping into a brighter and more secure future. Her impact is seen not just in the number of individuals uplifted, but also in the ripple effect of change that spreads through families and communities.
As the Co-Chairman & Managing Trustee of Hetch Foundation, she leads all major initiatives of the organization, driving impactful programs across multiple social causes. Her efforts span Community Outreach Initiatives such as road safety and traffic rules awareness under the campaign “Har Ghar Se Ek Sainik”, with the objective of ensuring that no “near and dear one” becomes the next road traffic victim. She also spearheads livelihood and self-employment training sessions, staying true to the Foundation’s mission that economic hardship should never become a barrier to basic health and dignity.
Under her leadership, Hetch Foundation has extended healthcare support to underprivileged patients by facilitating access to medical treatment, arranging free life-saving medications, providing financial assistance for treatments, and organizing health awareness programs, blood donation drives, medical camps, and distribution of free medicines and patient aid equipment.
Through the Foundation, she has also been instrumental in the creation of Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs), supporting them with financial aid and organizational guidance to build sustainable livelihoods. Her initiatives further include the donation of daily essentials and financial assistance to old age homes and orphanages, as well as women and family welfare activities such as safety programs, counselling, and legal aid for underprivileged communities.
Reflecting Hetch Foundation’s strong commitment to environmental responsibility, she actively promotes green initiatives like tree plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns, and environmental awareness activities aimed at creating a more sustainable, healthy, and eco-conscious society.
In addition, she has been pivotal in providing financial aid for education, including scholarships, study materials, coaching for competitive exams, and job-oriented vocational training programs for deserving students from economically weaker sections.
