Rights & Privileges: Members shall actively participate in the programs and initiatives of the Foundation and may offer suggestions, recommendations, or guidance to support its activities and services for beneficiaries. However, membership does not grant any voting rights, trusteeship, management authority, or participation in decision-making processes unless specifically authorized by the Board of Trustees.

Duties & Responsibilities: Members shall uphold the aims, objectives, and values of the Foundation at all times, maintain good conduct, and refrain from any action that may harm the reputation of the Trust.

Consent: Members allow the Foundation to use their photographs, videos, and testimonials for awareness and communication purposes.

Termination: Membership may be terminated if rules are violated or actions go against the objectives of the Foundation.

Code of Conduct: Members must respect others, maintain confidentiality, and avoid misuse of any organizational resources.

Undertaking: By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and understood all the Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by them.
