Moguluri Elizabeth Rani

Co-Chairman & Managing Trustee

Moguluri Elizabeth Rani is one of the quiet strengths behind the work this institution has carried into people’s lives over the years. Her contribution reflects a rare combination of creativity, practical thinking and deep social commitment, shaped by a belief that lasting change begins close to everyday life, inside homes, families, and communities. A professional fashion and jewellery designer and entrepreneur, she has brought both imagination and grounded problem-solving into her social work. At Hetch Foundation, she has played a central role in building and guiding programmes that help women move toward financial independence, dignity, and self-belief.
Her work has included skill development in tailoring, fashion designing, beautician training, and other livelihood-oriented areas, with a clear focus on helping women stand on their own feet and build a more secure future for themselves and their families. Hetch Foundation functions and serves without any discrimination based on religion, region, caste, race, gender, political affiliation, or any other bias, and is solely committed to the betterment of society and the upliftment of underprivileged communities.

Her involvement has gone beyond training alone. She has helped ensure that support continues into the next stages of real life, through access to sewing machines, bank linkages, government schemes, and the formation of self-help groups that have opened the way for small businesses, cottage industries, and community resilience.

Under her leadership and guidance, thousands of women have been reached directly and indirectly, with many moving toward greater financial stability, confidence, and decision making strength.

Her work has also extended into humanitarian service through blood donation efforts, winter relief, food support, and care for the elderly, reflecting the same compassion-led approach that has shaped Hetch Foundation’s larger public mission. The Foundation profile presents her in a visible leadership role and places strong emphasis on service, reach, and community transformation under that leadership.

Her presence belongs naturally to the spirit of the book titled “HarGhar Se EkSainik” published by Hetch Foundation, which asks every home to become the starting point of responsibility and protection. Her work stands as an important part of the wider mission from which this book has emerged.
