Ajay Malik

As a Vice President – North Zone, Ajay Malik leads state operations of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana and union territories of Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir and Chandigarh. He strengthens stakeholder engagement, and drives the execution of key initiatives in alignment with the organization’s mission. He plays a crucial role in building strategic partnerships, coordinating teams, and ensuring the efficient implementation of programs across the region, contributing to the organization’s outreach and impact. With diverse experience across telecom, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, and event management, Ajay Malik brings strong expertise in project liaison, client relationship management, vendor coordination, and business development. His professional journey includes roles with MTNL projects, factory operations, Ansals Properties, and NHAI road projects, where he worked closely with both government authorities and international partners.
He graduated from DAV College, Chandigarh and is guided by a strong legacy of public service his father, Late Shri Dharam Bir Malik, served as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Industry, Government of India, and his maternal grandfather, Late Shri Jagannath Kaushal, was a former Law Minister of India and Governor of Bihar.

He is highly effective in building trust-based relationships, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring seamless execution of projects under dynamic conditions.
